AC Engineer | M25 & Home Counties | Up to £50,000 | Door-to-Door Travel
Location: M25 & Home Counties
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime + Company Van
Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced AC Engineer looking for your next role in commercial building maintenance?

We're recruiting for a skilled AC Engineer to join a growing mobile engineering team covering commercial sites across the M25 and Home Counties. This is a permanent position offering door-to-door travel, a company van with personal use, excellent benefits, and genuine career progression.

The Role

As an AC Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  * 

    Planned preventative and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems

  * 

    Fault finding, servicing and repairs on a range of AC equipment

  * 

    Working on split systems, VRV/VRF, VRF, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation systems

  * 

    Completing statutory inspections and routine maintenance

  * 

    Accurately completing electronic job sheets and service reports

  * 

    Providing excellent customer service while working across multiple commercial sites

  * 

    Covering a varied portfolio of commercial buildings throughout the M25 and Home Counties

What We're Looking For

  * 

    Previous experience as an AC Engineer, Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Engineer

  * 

    F-Gas Category 1 qualification

  * 

    Experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management

  * 

    Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

  * 

    Good communication and customer service skills

  * 

    Comfortable using an iPad or PDA to complete job reports

  * 

    Full UK Driving Licence
