Job Description

Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer

Marble Talent Group are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing Service & Installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and is looking to join a forward-thinking and dynamic company.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to install, maintain, and repair a range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications and a valid F-Gas 2079 certification, with proven experience working across commercial and/or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  * Installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF, chillers, cold rooms, etc.)

  * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

  * Diagnose and repair faults efficiently

  * Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards

  * Handle refrigerants in accordance with F-Gas regulations

  * Complete job reports, service sheets, and documentation accurately

  * Provide excellent customer service on-site

  * Participate in on-call rota (if required)

Essential Qualifications & Certifications

  * NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

  * Valid F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification

  * Full UK Driving Licence

Essential Skills & Experience

  * Proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems

  * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

  * Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  * Good communication and customer-facing skills

  * Understanding of health & safety regulations
