Job Description

We’re hiring for an Accommodation Support Officer to join our team and make a meaningful impact every day.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of adult males in custody, working closely with probation practitioners and key stakeholders, you will carry out initial assessments to understand individual circumstances and develop tailored accommodation plans through structured interventions. You'll support participants in navigating housing challenges, ensure they are kept informed of decisions affecting them, and promote their understanding of rights, responsibilities, and available support.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including social services, mental health, education, criminal justice, and recent graduates seeking relevant experience. What matters most is your people focused approach and ability to build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
