Up to 25k, depending on experience
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-oriented individual to join a well-established property management and lettings team. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with attention to detail, offering a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office and field-based work.
You will meet prospective tenants, showcase available rental properties, and carry out regular property inspections. You'll play a key part in ensuring every client has a positive experience and that all properties are well-maintained and accurately reported on.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct accompanied viewings with prospective tenants across a range of rental properties
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
Carry out scheduled property inspections, recording findings accurately and promptly
Communicate effectively with the lettings and property management teams to ensure smooth processes
Keep thorough records of all visits, viewings, and inspections
Manage daily schedules efficiently and maintain punctuality for all appointments
Ensure the company vehicle is kept in good condition and ready for daily use
Requirements
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Professional, approachable, and confident communication style
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Keen eye for detail when inspecting properties
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Previous experience in lettings, property management, or customer service is desirable but not essential
