Our client are a market leading manufacturer who operate on a global basis. Due to continued expansion they have an excellent opportunity to join their business as an Account Co-ordinator.

The Role
Reporting into the Contract Manager and supporting them, the Account coordinator will line manage a team of Customer Support Administrators, in day to day managing and delivering products of goods and services with customers. You will Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, contractors, customers, and suppliers undertaking requirements of volume, schedule and materials, Building robust relationships to ensure effective management of the contracts.
Main duties include:
* Effective communication with customers, internal and external stakeholders to assist in the proactive management of any issues.
* Ensure KPIs are met
* Maintain and ensure key business trackers, databases and reports are managed and updated in a timely manner.
* Understanding of required stocks and schedules of demand
* Undertake ERP system transactional processes to support the invoicing of customers for products delivered.
* Assist and support with customer queries.
* Escalate any concerns or issues promptly to the Assistant Contracts Manager and Contracts Manager as appropriate.
* Ensure all transactional data is collated and communicated
What We Are Looking For
The Account Coordinator will ideally have experience within a fast paced customer focused role. You should have the following skills/experience:
* Experience from within a manufacturing/engineering business a bonus but NOT essential
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role
* Managing a small team or looking for the next step in your career
* Good Microsoft Office skills
* Excel (VLOOKUP would be an advantage)
* Organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and customer relationship building skills
* Ability to work with data & a high level of attention to detail
* Commercial awareness
* Self-Motivated, proactive and have a positive outlook with a ‘can do’ attitude.
