They’re not here to play it safe. Now they’re looking for an Account Director / Client Services Lead to champion bold thinking and lead from the front. You’ll sit at the top table, working alongside the senior leadership team to shape the agency’s direction, drive commercial growth, and build high-performing client partnerships. Leading a team of five client services professionals, you’ll mentor, inspire, and elevate those around you - ensuring the bar stays high and the energy even higher.
You’ll strike the perfect balance of strategy, creativity, and operational oversight — equally at home leading a million-pound pitch, overseeing integrated campaign delivery, or rolling up your sleeves to shape influencer or social content.
Day to day you'll -
* Lead the client services department (five direct reports), ensuring team development and high-performance delivery
* Own senior client relationships, spotting and converting opportunities for account growth
* Lead strategic, through-the-line marketing campaigns across brand, social, influencer and creative production
* Lead creative production including TVC, radio, photography shoots – including budget planning, negotiations, pre and post-production
* Oversee organic social media strategy and execution
* Champion agency profitability, overseeing commercial performance, scopes, billing and forecasting
* Support new business efforts and lead pitch processes with confidence and clarity
* Support the creative department leadership with 6 indirect reports in the creative team
* Collaborate across departments to ensure outstanding creative and strategic output
About you
With solid experience in an agency-side environment, you’re a confident leader who knows how to manage, motivate, and grow a team. You bring a well-rounded understanding of the full marketing mix — with experience across advertising and creative production (TVC), through to organic social and influencer marketing.
