Job Description

Account Director Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000-£70,000 base + Uncapped Commission | Realistic OTE: £100,000-£140,000. We are supporting a fast-growing, privately-owned IT solutions and services provider in their search for an experienced Account Director to join their expanding team. This is a key hire for the business as they continue to invest in talent and scale operations to meet strong market demand. This role is ideally suited to a high-performing sales professional from a reseller or MSP background who has a track record of achieving and is looking for a new challenge with a highly rewarding, transparent commission structure and a strong focus on margin-based performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage client relationships across key verticals, including legal, financial services, construction, insurance, and fintech Position and sell IT infrastructure and managed services solutions, particularly around Microsoft and Cisco technologies Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion Own and deliver against a defined gross profit (GP) target, with commission earned on booked margin from day one What's on Offer: £50,000-£70,000 base salary Uncapped commission structure, with no threshold or gateway Initial commission rate of 8.3%, increasing to 12.4% upon hitting annual target Double commission ("double bubble") beyond 150% of target Stretch bonuses available at 120% (£10k) and 140% (£15k) of target achievement Transparent earnings model with no seat cost and no clawbacks + Exceptional company benefits on top! Ideal Candidate Profile: Successful sales experience within an IT reseller, MSP or IT Professional Services environment Demonstrable track record of achieving targets and goals. Strong understanding of the IT channel and the ability to position vendor technologies, particularly Microsoft and Cisco Comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing and post-sale account management Confident operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment This is a significant opportunity to join a business with a clear vision, strong leadership, and ambitious growth plans.
