Job Description

Account Director Full time permanent – Hybrid WFH 3/2 Salary package - £50,000k - £55,000k Location: Sheffield – M1 Multi-Channel Marketing & communications – Global Brands Our client is a market leading organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in an Account Director appointment. You will be providing day to day account management to major brands and global customers within the marketing, data and communications sector. Key Areas: - * Account Management – Global Brands * Customer partnerships – relationships * Maximising commercial opportunities and contract growth * P&L, costings analysis – performance Responsibilities * Build strong and positive relationships with the clients and all stakeholder involved at all levels * Ensure financial targets are achieved by protecting and developing Key Accounts and preventing existing business from leakage * Build strong and positive relationships with clients across a wide range of departments and across all levels of seniority * Establish governance models and identify opportunities to maximise client meetings and customer facing time * Account P&L, profitability, analysis – performance * Manage KPI’s and service level agreements * Compliance & risk * Develop new business revenue streams through extending range of products / services and / or penetration into customer’s business market * Networking and attending trade events * Constantly increase your product knowledge to ensure you are a product ambassador * Strong personal customer service skills with multi-clients * To creates an atmosphere centred on delivering superior service for both internal and external customers * Price negotiations, sales forecasts, and price increases. * Contribute to the sales growth of the existing Commercial Accounts through effective and pro-active management of the relationship to achieve long-term growth and profitability, thereby consistently achieve value, volume and margin targets. * Deal with existing customers with regards to on ongoing and new projects – pricing / model specification / complete project management. Ideal Experience Required: • Excellent attention to detail with global brands • Excellent communication & stakeholder management + Client facing skills
