ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-obsessed Account Executive who’s as comfortable picking up the phone as they are talking someone through a technical product. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across the UK and Ireland – handling enquiries, providing expert product advice, and making sure every interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and confident in their purchase.
This is a role where variety is guaranteed. One moment you might be preparing a quotation or processing an order, the next you could be coordinating a repair, troubleshooting an issue over the phone, or hosting a hands-on product demo. You’ll work closely with the Field Sales and Business Development teams to keep everything moving smoothly, while also spotting opportunities to grow accounts and bring new customers into the fold.

* Manage inside sales processes from quote to delivery, ensuring a slick, customer-friendly experience
* Build lasting relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct trade customers
* Provide first-level technical support and product advice, collaborating with specialists for more complex issues
* Deliver engaging demos and training sessions – in person or online – to help customers get the most from their equipment
* Keep on top of trends, customer feedback, and data to spot opportunities for improvement or growth
* Pitch in with the wider team at events, exhibitions, or training days
REQUIREMENTS:
* Someone with a natural customer-first mindset who’s motivated by helping people and solving problems
* A confident communicator who can explain technical ideas in plain, engaging language
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with good organisational skills
* Practical, hands-on skills (and a bit of technical curiosity!) – power tools or spray equipment knowledge is a bonus but not essential
* Happy to occasionally travel for meetings, training, or events
