About the Role
Are you ambitious, confident, and hungry to succeed?
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our growing team in Leeds. You’ll be helping to grow the business by building strong client relationships, generating new opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.
No previous insurance experience is required — we’ll give you all the training and support you need. What matters most is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
* Build relationships with new and existing clients
* Generate new business and help clients find the right insurance cover
* Manage renewals, handle queries, and provide excellent service
* Negotiate with insurers to secure the best deals for clients
* Stay organised, manage your own workload, and hit performance goals
* Support your team and contribute to the company’s success
What We’re Looking For
* Confident, motivated, and eager to learn
* Great communication skills – comfortable speaking to clients
* Organised and proactive with a positive attitude
* Target-driven and enjoys working towards goals
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
(Experience in insurance or sales is a bonus but not essential)
