This is a small, tight-knit team – you’ll be the fourth member of the department - so you'll have the chance to get to know all of your colleagues.

When you join, you’ll receive thorough product training to allow you to promote and sell with confidence. You’ll also attend yearly CPD training to keep you up to date with the industry.

What will you be doing:
* Managing incoming new business and renewal calls, website leads and chat messages, converting leads into new business opportunities.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Reviewing and negotiating renewal terms.
* Using your industry knowledge and experience to answer clients' policy queries.
About you:
* You don’t need targets - you’re driven by delivering a great service that naturally leads to sales.
* You have excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner – to liaise with professional clients.
* You’re confident - to lead negotiations to close deals.
* Collaboration is important to you – you enjoy working as a team and supporting your colleagues.
* You do need experience of a regulated environment and working in line with the FCA.
The business:
It's the only one of its kind in the UK and provides a professional and personal service to private individuals. It operates on a 37.5-hour week. So, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
