Account Executive - Financial Services
Salary: £28,000 + uncapped commission

The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the entire client journey, from initial contact to successful financing. You will be a key player in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and nurturing client relationships using a variety of channels, including telesales, social media, networking, and trade events.
Presenting and selling a diverse range of finance solutions, such as asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance.
Conducting thorough analysis of client financial requirements and documentation.
Preparing professional proposal documents and compiling persuasive finance applications.
Adhering to strict compliance standards, including Treating Customers Fairly and vigilance against fraud and money laundering.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hardworking, proactive individual who is ready to make an impact. The most successful candidates will have:
A proven background in client-facing sales, preferably with experience in telesales.
Prior experience in the financial sector is highly desirable, especially from a finance brokerage.
An innate ability to conduct thorough background research on prospects.
The desire to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in the financial services industry.
