You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-with a focus on winning new logos and driving high-value deals. Expect close collaboration with the technical team to deliver demos and support product trials. Key Responsibilities:
Drive full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, demo, and close.
Hit and exceed sales targets with urgency and consistency.
Build tailored strategies for key deals to maximise close rates.
Partner with the technical team for demos and industrial trials.
Develop prospecting playbooks and creative outreach methods.
Feed customer insights back to marketing and product teams.
Improve the sales process through feedback and initiative. Key Skills & Experience:
Proven B2B sales success, ideally in technical or industrial markets.
Experience selling to technical buyers (engineering, R&D, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Organised, self-motivated, and hungry to grow into a leadership role.
