Location: Head Office (office-based, with occasional customer visits) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus (DOE) Contract: Full-time | 40 hours per week Development Pathway: Opportunity to progress into Business Development Manager within 2 years About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team — someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions. This role is a great mix of new business and account management. You’ll spend time reaching out to new clients, but also nurturing existing ones, ensuring they feel supported and valued every step of the way. If you’re motivated by growth (both yours and your customers’), and you love seeing your hard work turn into long-term partnerships, this could be the perfect fit. Whether you’re just starting out with 1–2 years of experience and eager to learn, or you’ve been in sales for a while and are ready for your next challenge, we’ll tailor your pathway to match your goals. * 1–2 years’ experience: £28,000 + bonus, with the option of a fully funded 15-month sales apprenticeship (if under 25, this is almost completely government-funded). * 5+ years’ experience: £35,000 + bonus, with the freedom to manage your own customers and build relationships from day one. What You’ll Be Doing * Reaching out to new prospects through calls, networking, and conversations that open doors. * Building and maintaining great customer relationships — making sure clients feel looked after and supported. * Preparing and following up on quotes and proposals, turning leads into long-term partnerships. * Working alongside Business Development Managers to win exciting new projects. * Managing your own pipeline in HubSpot CRM and keeping track of your progress. * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure every customer experience is seamless from start to finish.
