We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to play a key role in managing our relationships with ASDA, leading our Food For Now portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll build strong customer partnerships, identify opportunities for growth, and help ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service, innovation and commercial value. 
This is a flexible hybrid role based in Leeds, with the opportunity to work from home. To support collaboration with colleagues and customers, you'll be expected to spend 1-2 days per week at our Leeds site, regardless of your home location.

The Role
 
You'll be responsible for shaping and executing account strategies, working cross-functionally to unlock value, and ensuring we consistently meet both customer expectations and internal performance targets.
 
What You'll Be Doing

Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned to Greencore's wider customer strategy
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, using market and competitor insight to anticipate and meet customer needs
Collaborate with Marketing and Portfolio teams to create compelling, customer-focused propositions
Lead joint business planning and customer negotiations to maximise sales and profitability
Challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement across both Greencore and customer partnerships
Produce accurate demand forecasts, ensuring supply chain alignment and robust financial planning
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the accounts
Travel regularly to customer sites (full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required)What We're Looking For

Degree calibre (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of the convenience food market
Proven experience in Account Management within FMCG or retail
Experience managing or influencing people and cross-functional teams
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
