Key Responsibilities as Account Manager: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts usually 2-3 accounts dependent on the size. Prepare and present regular reports, insights, and performance updates to clients and stakeholders. Manage multiple accounts and priorities with a high level of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail. Oversee the execution of complex, time-sensitive campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring expectations are met and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Cooperate with the Finance Department to secure payment from customers by chasing overdue invoices. Understand and interpret client briefs, translating them into clear, actionable documentation for internal teams. Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in an Account Manager or B2B Customer Service role. Demonstrable knowledge in managing multiple accounts with a customer-centric approach. Knowledge of the direct or transactional mail or print industry is beneficial but not essential. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel for reporting and forecasting, and Word for contract reviews. Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in using CRM software and coordinating with internal teams and clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
