Company turnover £500,000We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven individual to join our team in a key sales and business development role. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established manufacturing business where you’ll play a vital role in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued success.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing both new and existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Handle customer enquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner
Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activityWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (ideally within a B2B or manufacturing environment)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
