* Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
* Location: Lincoln – Office is commutable from Welbourn, Newark, Sleaford, Grantham, and surrounding areas
* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

Account Manager – Role and Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts
* Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and service delivery
* Coordinate internally across departments to ensure all service level agreements are met
* Take ownership of customer portals (e.g., Verisae), including data updates, performance statistics, exception reports, and aged job tracking
* Support internal teams by advising on best practices for portal usage and job management
* Produce and deliver weekly reports to customers and internal stakeholders
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding purchase orders and quotations
* Manage and support implementation of process changes requested by customers
* Lead customer review meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis
* Collaborate with finance to support debt recovery efforts
* Record and act on customer feedback regarding services, products, or performance
* Present new products and service offerings to clients as required
* Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
* Analyse account performance and sales potential to support business growth strategies
* Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Account Manager – Skills and Experience:
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade A–C or equivalent)
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Organised and detail-oriented with effective time management
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Discreet, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive problem-solver who works well both independently and, in a team,
