Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and technically minded Sales Account Manager in Redditch. This is a customer-facing role that blends account management, technical support, and sales coordination. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through accurate quotations, technical drawings, and seamless communication across departments.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm
As a Sales Account Manager your duties will include:
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Understand customer applications and technical requirements in detail.
Prepare accurate quotations aligned with pricing strategies and margin targets.
Follow up on quotations to support conversion and maintain pipeline visibility.
Create and amend technical drawings using CPQ software and AutoCAD.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
To be successful in the role of Sales Account Manager, you will need:
Previous experience in sales account management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
