Account Manager
 Location: Lancaster (2 days in the office, 3 from home)
 Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + fantastic commission
 Sector: Umbrella Services

We're working with an award-winning umbrella company that's growing fast and needs someone sharp, confident, and a little bit cheeky to join the team. You'll be building and developing accounts, converting warm leads, and having around 30 BD calls a day - so being comfortable on the phone is absolutely essential.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and nurturing a developing portfolio of contractor and agency accounts

Making 30+ business development calls a day to convert leads and open new opportunities

Building strong relationships quickly - you'll be the go-to person for your clients

Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell

Working closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth, top-tier service

What you'll bring:

A relationship-builder who can win trust quickly

A bit of cheekiness - you know how to read a room and bring people with you

Experience within umbrella/payroll, recruitment, or fast-paced account management is ideal

Target-driven with the resilience to keep pushing and converting
