About the Role As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and ongoing value from their ERP platform. You’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, operations, support, development, and project management to ensure smooth service delivery and identify additional opportunities to support your customers. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, solid commercial instincts, and the ability to build trusted relationships while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management * Act as the primary point of contact for an established portfolio of clients * Build strong, long-term partnerships through regular communication and understanding customer needs * Resolve client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels Sales & Revenue Growth * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services * Work toward annual sales targets within your assigned accounts * Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiating terms where required Service Delivery Coordination * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions * Monitor service performance and proactively address any concerns * Keep clients updated on product enhancements and service developments Internal Collaboration * Communicate client feedback to relevant teams to support continuous improvement * Work with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and support teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met * Help maintain smooth workflows between internal teams and customer expectations Reporting & Account Monitoring * Track and report key performance metrics relating to account health, service quality, and revenue * Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions, activities, and opportunities * Provide regular updates to management on risks, opportunities, and overall account performance Expected Outcomes * High customer satisfaction through proactive service and communication * Revenue growth by identifying additional value-adding opportunities * Strong internal coordination ensuring excellent service delivery * Accurate reporting supporting data-driven decision making Skills & Experience Required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing commercial role * Strong sales awareness with the ability to identify and close opportunities * Ability to build positive, long-lasting professional relationships * Confident problem solver with a customer-first mindset * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously * Collaborative approach, comfortable working across departments
