A well-established technology business in East Yorkshire is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
This is a relationship led role focused on retention, renewals and product adoption, not new business. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise value from a suite of software solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and develop existing customer accounts
Drive product adoption, engagement and account growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Lead contract renewals and re-contracting discussions
Act as the main point of contact for customer issues
Work closely with support, onboarding and product teams
Analyse account data and maintain accurate CRM records
About you:
Account Management or Customer Success experience in SaaS software
Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
Experience with renewals and contracts
Confident communicator, highly organised
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Full UK driving licence
