Salary: Up to £30,000 + Commission

Sales Executive role managing customer accounts, handling enquiries and generating new business for a growing distributor near Steyning. Great opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience looking to develop their career.

The Role

A growing distributor is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. You will manage customer accounts, handle enquiries, prepare quotes and proactively generate new business while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales enquiries inbox including orders and quotes
• Act as point of contact for allocated customers
• Make outbound sales calls to develop new business
• Handle incoming calls and email enquiries
• Prepare and send customer quotations
• Identify upselling opportunities
• Resolve queries relating to orders, pricing and delivery
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with internal teams
• Attend sales meetings, training and occasional events

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in sales, account management or customer service
• Comfortable working towards sales targets or KPIs
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Good organisation and time management
• IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle

Package

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Commission
