Clover Talent are delighted to be partnering with a Leeds-based commercial finance brokerage with ambitious growth plans and multiple openings for Account Managers.

The business specialises in commercial finance, providing funding solutions including business loans, asset finance, invoice finance, and property finance. Working closely with SMEs across the UK, they deliver tailored financial solutions to support businesses at every stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding new clients, predominantly SME businesses. You'll play a key role in driving growth by building strong client relationships and delivering bespoke finance solutions. Your duties will include:

    Proactively sourcing and engaging SME business clients

  * 

    Conducting outbound calls, emails, and networking to build a solid pipeline

  * 

    Understanding client needs and identifying the most appropriate finance solutions

  * 

    Working closely with internal brokers and funding partners to structure deals

  * 

    Preparing finance proposals and presenting options to clients

  * 

    Managing the sales process from initial contact through to deal completion

What are we looking for?

  * 

    Minimum of 1 years' sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment

  * 

    Proven ability to build and manage a strong route to market

  * 

    Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling

  * 

    Full UK driving licence (essential for future field-based responsibilities)

  * 

    Must be based within a commutable distance of Leeds
