Account Manager 

Knowsley (L34) 
£26,300 basic salary 
Bonus / Commission - additional £4,200 - £8,400 per annum (paid quarterly) 
Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm 
No weekends 
Free parking on site

Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Knowsley, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Head Office team. This is a warm account management role, managing and developing relationships with an existing customer base, with no cold calling involved. You'll be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to grow accounts, and ensuring customers receive a first-class service throughout their journey. 

The Role As an Account Manager, you will:

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts via telephone, email, and online communication
Build strong, long-term relationships and become a trusted point of contact for customers
Identify opportunities to increase revenue by promoting relevant products and services
Prepare customer quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage account activity
Proactively contact customers to maximise business opportunities and account retention
Handle customer enquiries and provide a high level of service and support
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and expectations exceededWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience within Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Internal Sales, or a similar customer-focused role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and commercially minded approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple customer accounts and priorities
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to succeedWhat's on Offer

28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with length of service
