We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Account Manager to join a successful and growing sales team. Working in a hybrid capacity, with a combination of home working and occasional travel to office locations, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across a broad portfolio of technology and managed service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 As an Account Manager, you will:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation in line with company policies.
Achieve consistent revenue growth through effective pipeline management and forecasting.
Maintain a strong 30, 60, and 90-day sales pipeline, providing regular progress updates.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to secure and deliver successful outcomes.
Ensure CRM systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information.
Stay informed of industry developments, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
Identify opportunities to enhance services and improve the customer experience.Requirements

Experience working with Microsoft technologies and within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
