π§ What You'll Be Doing
Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts like a pro π―
Handling queries, orders, and complaints with confidence and care π¬
Creating quotes, processing orders, and keeping CRM systems up to date π₯οΈ
Coordinating stock and logistics to keep deliveries on track π
Working closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams π€
Managing returns, credits, and account plans with precision π
Contributing to internal meetings and continuous improvement π‘

Experience in account management or customer service
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and people skills
