We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious bathroom retailer known for delivering luxury products and exceptional service since the 1930's. Based in Dartford, they are seeking a professional and customer-focused Account Manager to join their established team.
About the Role:
This is a client-facing role focused on managing relationships with trade and retail customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to post-sale support, while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Provide expert product advice and support throughout the customer journey
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
Handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
