Are you a confident communicator with a passion for converting leads into lasting client relationships? We’re currently recruiting for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our client’s thriving internal sales team in Altrincham.
This Account Manager role offers a base salary between £30,000 - £32,000, along with uncapped commission and realistic earnings of £45,000+. You’ll work in a vibrant, collaborative team that values growth, success, and having fun while doing it!
Our client is a market leader known for their commitment to service excellence and creating a positive working environment. They’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys engaging with people on a daily basis.
As a Account Manager, you will:
Make high-volume outbound calls to existing customers to promote services
Introduce and upsell Tax Returns, Salary Sacrifice schemes, and Executive Packages
Follow up on warm leads to drive conversions
Maintain full compliance with IR35 and internal procedures
Hit performance targets and service standards
Build strong, lasting client relationshipsThe ideal Account Manager will have:
Experience in outbound sales, telesales, recruitment, or similar
A proactive, driven, and target-focused approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to adapt and perform in a fast-moving environment
