* Lead project oversight, collaborating with the R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery
* Drive business growth through proactive upselling and cross-selling, leveraging cutting-edge innovation and market analysis
* Develop detailed product costings and quotes during client interactions
* Strategically explore and develop new market opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* In-depth knowledge of product management within the personal care or cosmetics industry
* A passion for the industry, up to date on trending products and ingredients
* Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking
* Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
