Role: Account Manager Location: Remote Salary: Up to £40k, depending on experience Type: Permanent Our client is a creative marketing agency that lives and breathes results. They blend brand, strategy, content, digital, paid media, and performance into high‑impact campaigns for ambitious businesses — from scaling SMEs to established names looking to break new ground. As they continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join their client services team and help deliver exceptional work across a diverse and fast-moving portfolio. In this Account Manager role, you’ll act as the linchpin between their clients and internal teams — leading projects from brief to delivery while ensuring smooth communication, clear timelines, and measurable success. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with your clients, understanding their goals, and ensuring our clients creative and strategic output aligns with their vision and business objectives. Whether it’s launching a new brand, running a content-led campaign, or rolling out a performance-driven paid media strategy, you’ll help make it happen — on time, on budget, and on brief. You’ll work closely with the Strategy, Creative, Paid Media, and Content teams to orchestrate campaigns across channels and formats. You’ll own project plans, write clear briefs, manage expectations, and keep everyone (including the client) aligned and informed throughout. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, and takes genuine pride in building strong, collaborative relationships. The ideal Account Manager will have: * 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, branding or creative agency environment, with a strong understanding of integrated campaigns and digital-first thinking. * Natural communicator who can write a sharp email, lead a confident client call, and collaborate easily across teams. * Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, with exceptional attention to detail and a cool head under pressure. * A proactive, solutions-driven mindset — someone who doesn’t just flag problems but brings ideas to the table. * Familiarity with branding, paid media, social content, creative production, and/or web builds is a definite plus. What you'll do as Account Manager: * Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and creative projects for a mix of clients. * Own client communications, project timelines, asset delivery, status reports, and meeting coordination. * Write clear, detailed briefs and collaborate with creative and strategic teams to deliver high-quality work. * Monitor performance and feedback, ensuring we’re continuously improving outcomes and client satisfaction. * Contribute to account growth by identifying client needs, supporting proposal development, and participating in reviews and debriefs
