Corporate Affairs Account Manager
6 Month Contract

Job Purpose
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships and communication with the Corporate Affairs Business Partners and key internal stakeholders to deliver marketing and brand projects. This role will focus on understanding the BU and stakeholder needs, delivering clear briefs to brand and creative teams and overseeing the successful delivery of projects.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners/BUs and other stakeholders, understand their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for briefs and opportunities from the BUs and be the liaison between creative services and other areas and the BU/stakeholders
Collaborate with all teams and educate stakeholders on the briefing and creative services process
Be part of the team responsible for educating the wider organization about the brand, brand guidelines, creative services offering and process
Assist in all aspects of project delivery from briefing to project management and update status regularly
Monitor performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Liaise with Account Manager in US, maintain regular status trackers and assist in preparation and delivery of presentations, reports for a range of stakeholders as required
Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How
Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably within the energy, utilities, or corporate sectors.
Strong understanding of the organizations needs, the creative process, role of brand and ability to educate others in this
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess feedback and develop actionable recommendations.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Marketing or Ad agency background (Essential)
