What You Will Be Doing
* Own your accounts – take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and solutions tailored to their needs.
* Drive growth – identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your client base and increase revenue.
* Be the bridge – act as the key link between the sales team and operations, ensuring smooth delivery from proposal to execution.
* Stay connected – conduct regular client visits, build strong relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of their goals and challenges.
* Deliver results – meet and exceed KPIs while supporting the Exhibition Manager in hitting company targets.
* Promote safety & sustainability – champion Health & Safety compliance and embed sustainable practices in day-to-day operations.
* Problem-solve on the spot – handle challenges quickly and professionally, keeping both clients and internal teams informed and confident.
