📍 Covering Maidstone ME20, Lakeside RM20, Enfield EN3, Gatwick RH10, Brooklands KT13, and Hemel Hempstead HP2.
💰 £45,000 + car allowance + bonus (DOE) | 🚗 Travel required | 💼 Permanent
🔍 Overview
DCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee recruitment, inductions, and performance management of our flexible workforce across multiple client warehouse sites in and around London.
📌 Key responsibilities:
Oversee worker performance, providing training and support as needed.
Conduct weekly inductions across multiple client sites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client site teams and management.
Carry out right-to-work checks and verify documentation.
Ensure all compliance processes are met and documented.
Ensure health & safety standards are consistently upheld.
🧾 What you'll need:
Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or high-volume recruitment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple sites.
Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel between sites within a 50-mile radius.
Ability to work autonomously and responsibly in a role where your impact is visible to clients.
Experience in establishing and expanding accounts.
