π Hours: Full Time | Mon-Fri | 10am-6pm
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a portfolio of clients, driving employee engagement across programmes
Own and resolve client queries, working closely with frontline customer service
Understand client goals and tailor support to meet their needs
Create and edit content for campaigns and engagement initiatives
Host calls and webinars to educate clients on programme usage
Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to boost engagement
Collaborate with the London-based Account Director to deliver outstanding results
What You'll Bring:
3-5 years' experience in Client Success, Support, or Relationship Management in a tech or creative environment
Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills
Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities with ease
A love for learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a start up is desirable but not essential
