Job Description

Account Manager – Permanent – London – Up to £50,000 Per Annum + Commission – 5 Days Onsite You will be responsible for managing multiple existing accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Relationship management is at the core of this role – you'll act as a trusted partner to your clients, delivering tailored solutions that align with their needs. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Cross-sell and up-sell cybersecurity solutions across accounts. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact. * Understand client requirements and deliver consultative sales solutions. * Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets. Requirements: * Proven experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. * Experience working in a client-facing role with a focus on technology solutions. * A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
