Account Manager – 6627 Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE Location: Cheltenham Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work — time off in lieu provided) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Account Manager to join a growing business in Cheltenham. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, ensuring projects run smoothly, and delivering exceptional service every time. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll take ownership of key client accounts, acting as their main point of contact from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. You’ll be responsible for keeping communication clear, managing expectations, and identifying ways to add value and strengthen partnerships. Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a professional and proactive approach at all times * Act as the primary contact for customers, handling queries efficiently and maintaining excellent communication * Coordinate the delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met * Monitor client satisfaction and look for opportunities to grow existing relationships * Prepare and maintain accurate account records, reports, and forecasts * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience * Provide flexibility for business needs, including occasional weekend work with time off in lieu Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience in account management, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly * Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills * Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively * Confident under pressure, adaptable, and solution-focused * Committed to providing outstanding customer service * Essential: Full UK driving licence For more information please contact Katie Tyrrell at First Base Employment
