Are you a technically skilled professional with a background in electrical engineering and a flair for client relationship management? We're working with a leading building services provider who is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a key portfolio of clients in Central London.

The Role:
Manage and develop key client relationships across a portfolio of building services contracts
Oversee operational performance, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and compliance standards
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and driving service improvements
Lead and support on contract renewals, variations, and commercial negotiations
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality electrical and general M&E solutions
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve profitability
Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and internal quality procedures
About You:
Technical background in electrical or building services engineering (HNC/HND or equivalent)
Proven experience in a client-facing role within building services, FM, or M&E contracting
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and P&L
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead teams and manage sub-contractors across multiple sites
Passionate about delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement
