Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers

Conduct site visits to enhance customer engagement and identify upselling opportunities

Provide product knowledge and technical advice when needed

Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and activity

Collaborate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in a similar role (account management, internal sales, customer service, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Confident in managing both remote and face-to-face client relationships

Detail-oriented with solid organisational skills

CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
*
Full UK driving licence (essential for client visits)
