Account Manager – Accountancy Practice
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 DOE
We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Account Manager to join a well-established accountancy practice in Lancaster. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be the key point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring they receive an outstanding service while spotting opportunities to add value.
What you’ll be doing

Managing and nurturing relationships with an existing portfolio of clients.

Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Booking and coordinating meetings for the Business Development team.

Acting as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client retention.
