We are working with a national provider of professional security services and innovative technology solutions across the UK, protecting key infrastructure projects including construction, rail, and energy.
The Role
Seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients across Scotland. This is mainly an account-focused role with a small element of business development. You’ll ensure service excellence, identify growth opportunities, and act as the trusted point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture existing client accounts in construction, rail, and energy sectors.
* Conduct site visits and account reviews to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
* Undertake site security surveys, assess risks, and develop bespoke security recommendations.
* Advise customers on the most effective combination of manned guarding, rapid deployment tower cameras, CCTV, technical security systems and remote monitoring solutions
* Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and improve services.
* Work closely with operations and technical teams to deliver tailored security solutions.
* Maintain industry knowledge and compliance with security legislation.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong account management experience; some business development skills. Any security or FM experience would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of Scottish market and construction sector;
Ability to build long-term relationships, focusing on retention and growth.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland.
* Temporary Security Systems Technical knowledge beneficial but not essential.
