Salary: Up to £38,000

 Axon Moore are currently partnering with a high-growth, award-winning digital agency who are looking for an Account Manager to join their Client Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing exciting campaigns and working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

 The role: As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of day to day client relationships and play a key role in delivering campaigns from initial brief through to completion.

You'll be responsible for:

Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
Acting as a key point of contact and confidently leading client meetings
Managing campaigns and projects from brief through to delivery
Coordinating internal teams and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Preparing and presenting client reports and campaign updates
Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations
Identifying opportunities to improve campaigns, processes and the client experience
Supporting account growth and identifying new opportunities
Supporting more junior members of the team
Personal Profile: 

We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience within an agency environment, particularly across social, digital, creative, influencer or wider marketing.

You'll ideally have:

Previous Account Management or Client Services experience
Strong experience managing client relationships
A good understanding of social media and/or influencer marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong organisation and attention to detail
The confidence to lead client conversations and presentations
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The ability to build relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about delivering great work for clients.
