Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30–17:00 | Friday: 07:30–16:00
Hourly Rate: £14.48 per hour
About the Role
We’re currently seeking an Account Support professional to join our team in Ossett. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth and efficient management of accommodation bookings and related services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external accommodation inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
Administrative Support: Manage and process accommodation bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
Quoting: Prepare and issue accurate accommodation quotes based on client requirements and availability.
Data Management: Maintain and update accommodation records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external accommodation providers to ensure seamless service delivery.Essential Skills & Experience
Customer Service Excellence: Proven experience delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Organisational Skills: Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
Administrative Proficiency: Solid background in administrative duties, including data entry and record management.
Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desirable Skills
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with accommodation booking systems and related processes.
Quoting Experience: Experience in preparing and issuing quotes, preferably within the accommodation or hire Industry
