Our client, a respected accountancy practice based in Peterborough, is seeking a confident and motivated individual to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical knowledge in accounts preparation and tax returns to step into a dynamic and supportive workplace.
💼 Role Overview
The successful candidate will be working onsite with a focus on:
Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and small limited companies
Handling personal tax returns (self-assessment)
Delivering accurate work without the need for auditing tasks
This is a full-time, permanent position with a standard working week from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The firm offers a flexible approach where needed - however, hybrid working is not available.
🎯 Ideal Profile
We're seeking applicants who are confident working within an accountancy firm environment, with solid understanding of UK accounts and tax systems. Professional qualifications (AAT/ACA/ACCA) are useful but not essential.
