Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Office Support Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will support the Office Manager with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a successful and expanding company on a temporary contract which could turn to a permanent offer for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Office Manager with general accounting and administrative duties.
Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
Handle banking and payments.
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Use Excel and SAP for data entry, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
Perform general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and supporting colleagues as needed.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes where required.Skills & Experience
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data entry, formatting).
Experience with SAP (advantageous but training will be provided).
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
