NXTGEN is delighted to be partnering once again with this genuinely lovely and fast-growing accountancy firm based just outside of Sudbury, to recruit an Accountant. This is a fantastic new opportunity for an Accountant to come in and grow their own team, following a sustained period of exciting growth. The firm continues to go from strength to strength and is looking for a motivated Accountant who wants to take ownership, develop others, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Produce management accounts and VAT returns.
Review and support the work of junior team members, helping to develop their skills and confidence.
Build strong client relationships, acting as their trusted adviser.
Play an active role in improving processes and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
What We're Looking For:
ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
Ambitious, proactive, and excited by the idea of growing and mentoring a team.
Passionate about delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
