What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of the monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy across balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, and supporting the business through year-end and external audit.
You’ll also have responsibility for transactional finance – overseeing purchase and sales ledger, cashbook, bank recs, and intercompany movements, while leading and developing a small team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and the annual rent-setting process

Monitor and analyse spend, income, and cashflow to improve value for money

Present meaningful reports and analysis to the Senior Leadership Team

Review and enhance internal reporting, systems, and policies

Manage supplier contracts, terms, and negotiations
You’ll play a key part in improving processes, supporting operational decision-making, and increasing the standard and value of financial information used across the organisation.
