Accountant – Practice (Full Time)
 Bournemouth

 Thomas Search Group is recruiting for a full-time Accountant to join a well-established and friendly accountancy practice based in the Bournemouth area.
 This is a key management-level role within a small, supportive team. The successful candidate will manage the production of financial accounts for a varied client portfolio, including sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, community interest companies, and private limited companies.
 
Key Responsibilities
  
Production of financial accounts 
Supporting and overseeing team members 
Ensuring deadlines are met across the portfolio 
Liaising confidently with clients and internal stakeholders  Qualifications & Experience
  
Accountant with at least some formal training in the production of financial accounts from both digital and manual client records. 
Previous general practice experience preferred. 
Proven team management experience. 
Strong working knowledge of accounts preparation and production. 
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 
Confident user of MS Office and relevant accounting systems. 
Experienced in the use of computerised account production software, MS Office and other relevant IT platforms. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Key Benefits
  
35 hour working week. 
25 days holiday. 
Contribution pension scheme. 
Minimum of 4 days per week office based.

Competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications
 Salary range: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
