This firm are now looking for an experienced senior leader who can help the firm develop and grow – you might be an experienced Tax Advisor or Accountant looking for the next role, or someone with good advisory experience.

The opportunity
This is a broad and influential leadership role.
You’ll help shape how this firm operates, how people are supported and how they deliver consistently for clients.
You’ll be able to look at the bigger picture, but happy to get involved when something needs fixing.
Your role is likely to include:
Turning strategy into clear priorities, plans and measurable actions
Leading and developing Accountants into leaders
Strengthening financial performance
Improving systems, processes and ways of working
Supporting recruitment, progression and succession planning
Using management information and KPIs to inform decisions
Identifying risks, blockers and opportunities
Protecting and strengthening the client experience
Helping the business grow sustainably and profitably
Collaborate with our existing senior leadership team
