Accounts Administration Assistant
Location: Hereford, Herefordshire, HR4 7PU
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full Time, Permanent – 40 hours per week

We’re now recruiting for an Accounts Administration Assistant to join our busy finance team at our Hereford headquarters.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s recently left school or college and wants to begin a career in finance. You don’t need previous experience – just enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know about how a finance department runs day to day, from handling invoices and payments to understanding how money moves through a business.
If you show commitment and a knack for numbers, there’s scope to grow and even work toward a formal qualification (like AAT) in the future.
What you’ll be doing:
  * Supporting the finance team with daily admin tasks
  * Managing incoming and outgoing post
  * Processing payments and invoices
  * Helping with bank and statement reconciliations
  * Assisting with inter-job transfers and applications for payment
  * Providing general support across the accounts and admin functions
What we’re looking for:
  * GCSEs in Maths and English
  * Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  * A good communicator who enjoys being part of a team
  * Confident using basic IT tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  * Reliable, organised, and eager to learn
